Booking and Cancellation Policy

For one-on-one booking sessions, a 30% non-refundable session retainer is required if you don’t cancel 1 hour before your scheduled booking. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session (see full terms below).

Full Terms for Booking Sessions:

  1. Session Retainer: A 30% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your one-on-one session.
  2. Cancellation: If you must cancel, you must do so at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture of the 30% retainer.
  3. Forfeiture: If you fail to cancel at least 1 hour prior, or if you do not attend the session, the 30% retainer is non-refundable.
  4. Credit: If you cancel at least 1 hour prior, or if you forfeit the retainer, the non-refundable fee can still be credited towards a future session, provided the re-booking is done within 30 days of the original session date.

Refund Policy

All services and products are subject to this refund policy. Refunds for my services provided are at my discretion. This means that if you are unhappy with the end result of the project we worked on, you contact me and we can discuss a resolution. However, a full refund will never be offered (only a percentage) as I have already completed task and spent time on a project, taking time away from my other or future clients.

Stripe and Standard Payment Refunds

For purchases made via standard payment methods (Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe processing), once a refund is approved and processed by CYLLC, the refund generally takes 5 to 10 business days to appear in the purchaser’s account. The actual time frame may vary depending on the purchaser’s bank or card issuer.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Refunds

When a purchase is made using Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, the refund process involves an additional layer of processing with the respective BNPL provider.

The standard refund timeframe for Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay generally ranges from 3 to 14 business days, but this is always preceded by the merchant processing the return. Your refund timeline will depend on two key factors:

  1. Merchant processing time: The time it takes for the retailer (CYLLC) to receive your returned item or confirm the cancellation and process the refund request.
  2. Payment processor’s timeline: The time it takes for Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay to apply the refund to your account and for your bank to clear the funds.

Crucially, the purchaser should refer to the specific terms and conditions of Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm regarding their refund processes, repayment obligations, and final timelines, as CYLLC is only responsible for initiating the refund to the payment processor.
