I am a naturally creative person. I am a self-published Indie Author and a web developer. As a freelancer and contractor, I enjoy working closly with companies providing B2B business solutions, servicing, and providing support with my 10+ years of experience in customer service background.

My 6-step Process (The 6 D's)

Discover
First, you must discover what you want me to do for you. Without a plan, there is no execution.

Define
Next, its time to set some boundaries. We have to talk about what works for you and me.

Design
Here’s the fun part! We get to be creative and toss some ideas around.
04.
Develop
When things are new they need to be developed. Each company and brand has to grow into itself.
05.
Deploy
If you’re a new company or brand, you just have to start. You don’t have to be perfect. I will deploy what we have created together.
06.
Deliver
Our time together has come to an end for this project. Hopefully we will have many more.

Sometimes when you take what you love and create a business from it people forget that it took time, and mental investment to create those products. I like to always remember that as a small business owner. Not only does it keep me humble, but it allows me to see someone else’s creation with the word “product” on it, as an investment. I am investing in not only their dreams, their company, and brand but I am investing in them. That my friends is the greatest investment of all. I hope you enjoyed getting to learn a little about me.
